Happy days are here again!
Newsweek magazine proclaims that the recession is over. President Obama is guarded, but optimistic about the economy; however, he is not saying the recession is over. Well, that’s interesting. So the economy is showing signs of recovery from recession because of “stimu-less”? That can’t be. Leftist politicians and political pundits have said that only a small percentage of “stimu-less” money has been distributed. What’s causing the small dip in the U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) then [Article – 1. The Recession Is Over | 2. Worst of Recession Over But Growth to be Slow: Rubini | 3. Obama: ‘Newsweek’ Says Recession Is Over, But I Don’t | 4. Recession eases; GDP dip smaller than expected]?
It’s interesting that state-run media, leftist politicians and leftist political talking heads are trying to spin our economy as being on the road to recovery, but wait a minute, even though the recession might be slowing, unemployment will go higher and more businesses will close before everything gets better. Well, that’s comforting news [Article – 1. Recession Worse Than Prior Estimates, Revisions Show (Update1) | 2. The Recession : About 50% Worse than We Thought | 3. Is the recession over? | 4. Five reasons it’s too soon to declare the recession over].
So what happens after we recover from the recession? Remember, the U.S. government printed more money to infuse into the economy. Now we have all that money flooding the system. What will happen? Out-of-control inflation will occur. The cost of goods and services will most certainly skyrocket. Interest rates will shoot through the roof and into outer space. Get your wheel barrows ready, folks. Wallets and purses will be obsolete.

When you listen to what Marxist politicians talk about in reference to a public health care “option”, replace “public health care option” with “government-run health care”. Single-payer, nationalized, socialized or universal health care is government-run health care [Article – 1. Single Payer: Why Government-Run Health Care Will Harm Both Patients and Doctors | 2. Canada’s ObamaCare Precedent].
Big-government, socio-Marxist politicians know that a public health care “option” will eventually usher in government-controlled health care. However, don’t take my word for it.

At a National Press Club luncheon on July 27, Barney Frank made an hour-long speech in which he said this:
At least Congressman Frank was truthful about his feelings and the feelings of those like him. He’s right…those working in government shouldn’t be helping anybody make money because they don’t have what it takes to run a successful business that would make money [Senate Votes To Privatize Its Failing Restaurants]. All Congressman Frank, his henchmen in U.S. Congress and President Obama have done is misallocate, mismanage and waste the American taxpayer’s money. They also do a good job of enacting laws and regulations that hobble, encumber and destroy business and private enterprise. If you have a business, be thankful that you don’t have any of those useful idiots running it. They would run it into the ground in a heartbeat.
I wonder if Barney “Rubble” Frank and his Marxist buddies will go by those words and butt out of the affairs of business owners and private enterprise. Something tells me that they won’t because they just can help but wield as much influence and control that they can.
Arrogant politicians on Capitol Hill have been given a seat at the head of the table for much too long. Their power and influence has obviously gone to their heads and they longer view themselves as servants of the “people”. It is clear they have felt for some time now that the “people” exist to serve them.
They are so filled with self-importance that they don’t even feel they need to read any legislation that comes to the floor. We must treat such arrogance with the disdain it justifiably deserves. Case in point:
Congressman Conyers, you serve the people of Michigan. Your state is hurting economically and unemployment is high there. That means a large amount of people are uninsured. I wonder how they would feel if they learned that your remarks were in reference to one of the most important bills that has been presented to the U.S. House of Representatives in years. The passage of a health care reform bill requires serious consideration and decision-making ability. Any health care reform legislation that is written into law will affect and change each and every American citizen’s life.
One would think that Conyers would set aside his obvious feelings of hostility toward his political opponents and indifference toward H.R. 3200 – America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 and do his job as a servant of the people by READING THE BILL. Even if it takes a team of fifty people twenty-four hours a day for a whole month to read and analyze the bill, it should be read and analyzed.
It is evident that Congressman Conyers doesn’t care about the people of Michigan or for that matter, the people of the United States. He seems to be more concerned about luncheons, parties, functions, possibly tee time at the country club(?) than actually doing what he was elected to do. Mr. Conyers is a typical career politician.
